Information We Collect
We collect information about you so we can continue to provide and improve our Services to you and other users of the Site. We also partner with a company named Zoho that will store various pieces of information that you supply to us, including but not necessarily limited to resumes, contact information, and social security information. Other information that we or Zoho may collect and retain include items such as your name, e-mail address, address, phone number, facsimile number, financial information, business size, industry type, as well as other information that may or may not specifically identify you. The information collected on this Site may be stored at servers, computers, or other media located in or outside the United States. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Third-Party Sources
We may obtain personal and non-personal information about you from third-party sources.This information may be utilized, analyzed, and/or compared with information that we have collected from you or that you have submitted to the Site. Personal Information About Users Under 18 Years of Age Not Collected
The Site is meant for adults and those who have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of their domicile. This Site is not meant for individuals under the age of 18 or those defined by the laws of their domicile as minors. Notice About Social Security Numbers
We do not collect social security numbers; however, our partners may collect social security numbers of clients who have approved the running of background checks. If Staffing Proxy comes into possession of users’ social security numbers or collects such information in the future, the information will be treated confidentially and will only be shared with third-parties related to the running of approved background checks on job candidates. Additionally, Staffing Proxy will take reasonable steps to limit the access to the social security numbers and take legally required steps of securing the transmission of the data.
