I was born and raised in a country halfway across the world where businesses would shut down for a real lunch break and a quick afternoon nap every day at noon. What's crazy is that I don't recall anyone not liking their job or their employer- maybe it was because that was the only option, or I was too young to understand.
I moved and dedicated my adulthood to chasing my dreams (I'm still not sure what they are), and along the way, I discovered that we spend more time with our co-workers than our family members- unless you work with your family- I also noticed that happy people had one thing in common (besides working out, eating healthy, reading books, donating to charities, drinking water, and probably don't have any TV streaming subscriptions) they all geniunely like what they do for a living and who they work for. And they definitely don't hit the snooze button in the morning because they look forward to what the day has for them.
A snooze-less alarm clock would not help the talented employees find some of the fantastic employers I have had experienced; I needed to find a way to connect them, so I set out to start Staffing Proxy. Our mission is to help every employer become an Employer of Choice while building lasting connections between exceptional employers and the brightest minds in the industry.
